SHIPPING THE ORDER

Valenciso will not send any order until it has verified that the payment has been made.

Shipping costs are free from € 100 including VAT to the same shipping address. When the shipment is less than € 100 VAT included, it will have a supplement of € 8 VAT included.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION

The delivery time is usually between 2 and 5 working days, although it may be longer, depending on the destination population and the payment method chosen, provided that the order has been confirmed and full payment verified.

We deliver in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. Unfortunately we do not deliver in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Neither in PO boxes.

We will not be responsible when the delivery of the product does not take place because the information provided by the User is inaccurate or incomplete. Additional expenses caused by errors in the address provided by the User will be borne by the User.

In the Experiences, together with the reservation, payment will be made. In case of cancellation of the reservation with less than 48 hours in advance, or no presentation of the attendees, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

RETURN
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the costs incurred by it will be assumed by the user. OTHER CASES

1. In case of breakage in the transport of any of the bottles:

A. In order to process a claim for damage during transport, the User must notify it on the delivery note that is signed when receiving the order.

B. The User must notify VALENCISO within a maximum period of 24 hours. Once the claim is made, VALENCISO will take over the collection of the defective product and will proceed to send a product in perfect condition at no additional cost to the customer.
